it is sort of a dual review. I brought my truck in for service and they got right on that as they knew that i was 3 hours from home. I had been toying with the idea of replacing mine already and they made the process of decision making very easy, got me what i wanted and that is how we purchased a new truck. Took the team a while to get everything done but everyone went above and beyond in their efforts

Chad is AMAZING!!

The dealership had been great to deal with! I unfortunately feel like my truck has been there too many times for major components needing replacing that should be. Not something the dealership can control, but just not satisfied with this vehicle itself. Chad has been great to deal with on service though

I had a front headlight burn out during a road trip with our Airstream and needed to get it replaced. The service department put me right at the front of the list to get me in and out within an hour or so. I feel much safer now and really feel great about choosing a GMC truck and GMS service.

Two of my tires were put on with the wrong rotation direction. Two of my tires were out of balance. I’ve been to the dealership three times and it still feels like one of the tires is out of balance. I’m here now. The line is five people deep. this is my fourth time here I’m giving up and going somewhere else. I’m gonna try to send you the bill since this should’ve been fixed there.

the service adviser was great, and oil change and tire rotation were done with very little wait time, unfortunately I did not have time for a wash, but the adviser did ask if they could wash my truck. Great service over all !

I was satisfied with the service work performed. There is still a rattle coming from the passenger side running board area that is very annoying. I have a busy schedule and it’s difficult for me to make time to bring it in.

Chad and his team did an outstanding job helping my family and me get back on the road. They took the time to repair our vehicle the same day, even though we didn’t have an appointment. We arrived late due to a delay with the tow truck, but they still assisted us despite it being close to closing time.

They always have an excellent service. The only problem I had this time was that there was only one working processing the paperwork, so it took them longer than usual and I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Otherwise, they were excellent.

My recent and very first experience with Cardinale GMC service was initially an error in scheduling on my part yet worked out very much in my favor in the end. When scheduling my service appointment for my Chevy 1500 through My Chevy App, I thought I had made a service appointment at the Chevy dealership in Seaside, but realized when driving to my appointment that I had made it at Cardinale GMC by mistake. I decided to keep my appointment as scheduled with Cardinale. Chad Royal greeted me when I walked in the door. His friendly and professional demeanor was unparalleled. He explained every detail of the scheduled service thoroughly and made cost saving recommendations as well. He also found a quieter area for me to wait for my vehicle allowing me the opportunity to get some personal work done. My truck was ready sooner than estimated and, as an added bonus, Chad had requested that it be washed for me. What began as a scheduling mistake turned out to be one of the best experiences I have had with a vehicle service department to date. We called ahead and they had the truck ready for a test drive and a knowledgeable sales rep ready to go. This is my second GMC I’ve purchased from GMC Cardinale. I always go through Mike Phillips he is knowledgeable and professional. I asked for the best OTD price on a 2026 GMC Terrain AT4 with all options and he delivered. When dealing with Mike it’s like making a purchase from a friend or family member with the deal and treatment you get. Thank you Cardinale GMC and team. I picked the Terrain over a Chevy Equinox RS which would’ve been my third Chevy from Greenwood Chevrolet but GMC outperforms with the look of the vehicle (Trim) and the interior which feels and looks premium compared to Chevy vehicles.
