He was flexible with my schedule, and every single deadline he set for me he exceeded (said the car would be ready Wednesday, it was done by noon on Tuesday). We went to Seaside Cardinale GMC because my sister has purchased all their cars there, it is 2 1/2 hours away from us. I was very apprehensive regarding purchasing a new or used car. But Mike turned that all around for me. He was so patient with me as I kept going back and forth as I had chose a 2025 GMC Terrain. Once I made my final decision he made the process very easy and quick. I left very happy. I had to take my car back to have the exterior sealant put on and the interior treatment which was going to take the most part of the day. I made my appointment and my sister and cousin went with me. Mike got us tickets to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and had a shuttle drop us off. It turned out to be a beautiful day as we went to the aquarium, had lunch and did some shopping. Before we knew it my car was ready. The shuttle came to pick us up and take us back to the dealership. When I arrived my car was covered in Bird droppings. The I told Mike he immediately took the car and had it cleaned up. I have never been treated so amazingly by any other dealerships. I have already recommended Mike and Seaside Cardinale GMC to others. I told them it is work the drive as they will be treated so amazing by everyone at this dealership. Im one happy customer.

On June 13 2025, I took my 2024 Silverado truck purchased from Cardinale GMC/Audi in for four different system updates required by GM. However the 6.2 liter V8 engine recall engine check up was not performed. I was told it was not scheduled as being active yet even though it was included in the recall email from GM. After the 3 hours it took to reprogram my software, when the dealership washed my truck, they damaged my right side mirror's Blind Spot mirrors I had installed. The mirror was broken off and missing. I reported it to Mike at the dealership and was told to call Chad in the Service Dept. the next day. I tried to contact Chad in the Service Dept, when they reopened again but was not put through to Chad. I left a message explaining the problem with my phone number, but He never returned my call. No one has responded to fix/replace my broken mirror.

Two of my tires were put on with the wrong rotation direction. Two of my tires were out of balance. I’ve been to the dealership three times and it still feels like one of the tires is out of balance. I’m here now. The line is five people deep. this is my fourth time here I’m giving up and going somewhere else. I’m gonna try to send you the bill since this should’ve been fixed there.
