I have been to a couple different GMC dealerships, which have been absolutely horrific. This GMC dealership is absolutely amazing!

Tony was my service advisor, and did a great job. He booked my appointment, handled all my requests and delivered my vehicle clean and serviced on time. A very poistive experience.

On June 13 2025, I took my 2024 Silverado truck purchased from Cardinale GMC/Audi in for four different system updates required by GM. However the 6.2 liter V8 engine recall engine check up was not performed. I was told it was not scheduled as being active yet even though it was included in the recall email from GM. After the 3 hours it took to reprogram my software, when the dealership washed my truck, they damaged my right side mirror's Blind Spot mirrors I had installed. The mirror was broken off and missing. I reported it to Mike at the dealership and was told to call Chad in the Service Dept. the next day. I tried to contact Chad in the Service Dept, when they reopened again but was not put through to Chad. I left a message explaining the problem with my phone number, but He never returned my call. No one has responded to fix/replace my broken mirror.

Two of my tires were put on with the wrong rotation direction. Two of my tires were out of balance. I’ve been to the dealership three times and it still feels like one of the tires is out of balance. I’m here now. The line is five people deep. this is my fourth time here I’m giving up and going somewhere else. I’m gonna try to send you the bill since this should’ve been fixed there.

The dealership had been great to deal with! I unfortunately feel like my truck has been there too many times for major components needing replacing that should be. Not something the dealership can control, but just not satisfied with this vehicle itself. Chad has been great to deal with on service though

I traded in the car that was getting serviced for a new vehicle that day

I had a front headlight burn out during a road trip with our Airstream and needed to get it replaced. The service department put me right at the front of the list to get me in and out within an hour or so. I feel much safer now and really feel great about choosing a GMC truck and GMS service.

Mike Philips, my salesman, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased. He took a lot of time explaining how everything worked on the vehicle. He was also very helpful at locating a vehicle that I liked and was able to make a dealer trade for that vehicle.

Excellent service

I recently bought a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 from Junior. I was referred by a buddy. I spoke briefly to Junior the night before and told him what truck I was interested in. My son and I drove down the next morning. Staff had cold beverages waiting for us, very thoughtful and accommodating. The whole truck buying process couldn't have been easier or gone smoother. No pressure or hassle whatsoever from anyone. I would highly recommend and definitely go back. Thank you Junior and the Cardinale staff

it is sort of a dual review. I brought my truck in for service and they got right on that as they knew that i was 3 hours from home. I had been toying with the idea of replacing mine already and they made the process of decision making very easy, got me what i wanted and that is how we purchased a new truck. Took the team a while to get everything done but everyone went above and beyond in their efforts

Quick and easy

Chad and his team did an outstanding job helping my family and me get back on the road. They took the time to repair our vehicle the same day, even though we didn’t have an appointment. We arrived late due to a delay with the tow truck, but they still assisted us despite it being close to closing time.
